Microsoft Dynamics NAV Implementation, Upgrade, & Restart Options

Competitive Edge Services (CES) recognizes that each business has different internal skillsets and resources which drive their needs from their partner.  For example, companies that have an internal IT department may be able to conduct pieces of the implementation such as software installation.  Whereas a company that does not have this internal skillset will be more dependent upon their partner to complete these tasks. To accommodate these differences and the level of ownership that the client wants to participate in, CES now offers the following three models in working with its clients.

Limited
Client assumes responsibility for all services except for customizations, unless they own the NAV ERP development tools.

Partner
Client takes on more ownership and therefore limits the hours from the partner.  For example, clients would conduct their own end-user training and will agree to work within the assigned hours for each task, which will require that they utilize more of their own internal resources

Total
Client relies heavily on the partner for the all of the associated project tasks
